Korechi Golf has announced the availability of the Korechi Raek’r™, an autonomous bunker raking robot designed to reduce labor demands and bring consistency to one of golf course maintenance’s most time-consuming tasks. This announcement is based on Korechi’s published materials and product documentation.

Raek’r™ was designed and is manufactured in Canada and was formally introduced to the industry at the 2026 PGA Show in Orlando. The unit is built specifically for sand environments, with a focus on durability, traction, and predictable daily operation. According to Korechi, the goal is to allow turf teams to redeploy labor while maintaining consistent bunker presentation.

The machine features a three-wheel-drive system paired with a stainless-steel chassis. This configuration is intended to handle soft sand, bunker faces, and uneven contours while resisting corrosion in coastal and high-humidity environments. Raek’r™ operates without perimeter wires or permanent infrastructure, allowing courses to deploy it using existing bunker layouts.

From an operational standpoint, Raek’r™ is fully electric and powered by a 48-volt LiFePO4 battery with a rated capacity of 16.3 kilowatt hours. Korechi lists runtime of up to 20 hours on a single charge, depending on bunker size and routing. The unit has an operating speed of approximately 6 miles per hour and a base weight of about 700 pounds, which supports transport between bunker complexes without specialized equipment.

Raek’r™ is managed through a mobile app that allows operators to schedule runs, monitor status, and adjust routing. Korechi materials also highlight routing illustrations that show how the robot navigates bunker edges and internal contours. These visuals are intended to help superintendents plan deployment across multiple bunkers during a maintenance window.

From a sustainability standpoint, the Raek’r™ produces zero on-site emissions and eliminates fuel use associated with traditional bunker raking equipment. Korechi positions this as both an environmental and operational benefit.

Warranty coverage includes two years on the base unit and five years on the battery, with dealer training and support options available. Full specifications, diagrams, and additional technical details are available at https://korechi.golf/raekr/
